So, how do you know where to start with CBD? How do you find your ideal dosage & delivery method? A great rule of thumb is “start low, go slow.” 

There are several factors to consider when beginning your CBD journey. First and foremost: what is the format you’re using? Is it a tincture, a drink mix, an edible, a topical or a soaking salt? Each of these forms will absorb into your body differently. 

Additional factors to consider are:

  • Diet
  • Stress Level
  • Severity of symptoms

There’s really no exact way to predict your ideal dosage. But once you do find that sweet spot, consistency is key. With most plant-based medicine, regular use over a duration of time is what generates the most health benefits, not high intensity out of the gate.
